Accommodation
Dorms
The camp accommodation is in dormatory style. Each dorm room can sleep between 4-8 people in bunk beds. This accommodation is allocated on a first come first served basis. Accommodation is included in the price of an NZX Full Pass.
Private Cabins
There are 3 x 2-bedroom cabins available for those that have registered for a NZX Full Pass (ie includes food and accommodation) but would prefer not to sleep in dorm accommodation. The cabins are set apart from the main area and have their own kitchen, bathroom and lounge facilities. Bedrooms sleep 2-5 people (single and bunk beds).
Cabins cost $380 per cabin over and above the cost of an NZX Full Pass.
Linen
Mattresses are provided but you will need to bring your own pillow, pillowcase, sleeping bag or bed linen, and towel.
Duties
Each dorm and cabin will be rostered on to help out with a duty around camp during the weekend. Duties include setting up the dining room for meals and working the dishwashers. We don't expect duties to take more than half an hour per day and they will not conflict with any scheduled events.
Age restriction
Anyone under the age of 18 years must be accompanied at all times by a parent or legal guardian.
